Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

Traditional Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are combined with cognitive and behavioural techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - one of the most popular, successful and commonly used of all the psychological and talking therapies today.

Together they form Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (HYPNO-CBT) and it is evidence-based. - ie. there is clinical research to prove that it works!

Your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are reviewed in relation to your issue, and transformed to help you overcome it, whether it is a symptom (fear and anxiety) or goal (public speaking at work). In fact, research has shown that combining hypnosis with CBT significantly increases improvement rates in the therapy.
